I recently had the opportunity to meet celebrity makeup artist and bridal makeup expert Vicky Mejia, during a Natural Honey Board event in Los Angeles.
During her presentation, Vicky offered those in attendance quick and easy-to-recreate at home, natural skincare recipes as a "natural way to brighten our skin."
Together with my dear friend and #llblog sister Candy, we both enjoyed a mini-facial with Vicky's "moisturizing honey treatment," which was surprisingly gentle on my skin and left a beautiful glow (although it was put over my makeup!).
Unfortunately, the clumsy person that I am, I dropped a bit of the the mask on my shirt when I was cleaning off my face! So imagine my surprise that our SWAG bag was exactly what I needed at the time: a travel-sized beauty emergency kit!

Of course I didn't see all the beauty must-haves until I got home!

I would love this! First off, I love honey! If it is good enough for my Greek yogurt, I'm sure that it would be amazing on my face! While trying it, I'd be sure to wear an old shirt because I'm notorious for spilling things on myself.
